Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest at VRSGS.
However, creating an account gives you additional benefits:
- Faster checkout for future orders
- Easy access to your order history and status
- Early access to new products, special offers, and exclusive deals
What if I forgot my password?
No problem!
Simply click “Lost password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password in just a few simple steps.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will help update your email address.
Please note:
We can update your contact details, but once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the order itself. Please double-check your information before checkout.
Are there any exchange rates?
All VRSGS orders are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your card uses another currency, the final charge will depend on your card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of payment.
What payment methods does VRSGS accept?
We currently accept:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- American Express (AMEX)
- PayPal
At this time, we do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Is my online payment secure?
Absolutely 🔒
VRSGS uses SSL encryption to protect all checkout transactions. Your payment information is secure and is never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
There is no cancellation fee for orders canceled before shipment.
How do I enter my shipping address?
Please enter your full shipping address using English characters only to avoid delivery issues.
If your address includes special characters, please replace them with similar English letters (for example: “ç” → “c”).
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
We recommend using your home address instead of a workplace address to ensure smooth delivery.
When will my order arrive?
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: depends on the shipping method selected
You will receive a tracking email, usually within 24 hours after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates usually become available within 24 hours.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount or promotion code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
What if something is missing from my order?
If any item is missing from your package, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When are orders processed?
VRSGS orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
VRSGS prices are displayed tax-free.
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I return a product?

If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does the return process take?
Once your return is received, processing may take up to 14 business days.
You will be notified as soon as your return has been completed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.
If the refund takes longer to appear, please contact your bank or card provider for further assistance.
