All Vrsgs orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and shipped on the next business day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • No cancellation fee is charged for orders canceled prior to shipment


Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders

Vrsgs is not responsible for packages returned due to:

  • Refusal by the recipient

  • Unclaimed shipments

  • Incorrect or insufficient shipping address

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import fees, and sales taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages due to:
