RETURNS POLICY

Not Satisfied With Your Order?

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please contact our customer support before sending any return to receive instructions and the correct return address.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
  • If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), VRSGS will cover all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR LOW-QUALITY ITEMS

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

For faster processing:

  • Place the product on a flat surface
  • Clearly show the defect or damaged area

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund. In most cases, returns are not required for defective items.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before dispatch.

After Shipment

  • Orders in transit cannot be recalled
  • Customers may refuse delivery upon arrival
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping costs

WARRANTY POLICY

VRSGS products are covered for manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or lack of care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage or exposure
  • Sun damage
  • Unauthorized modifications

Products exposed to water are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty claims.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be issued when a product is no longer suitable or eligible under our policy.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Product is defective or non-functional
  • Item not delivered within 90 business days (South America orders only)

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
